Maciverse – recommended due to my in-depth Apple knowledge…

Have you checked out this month's Interview With A Blogger or Featured Blog? The interview is with Tamahome Jenkins, blogger and writer and the Featured Blog is Directory Journal’s Internet Marketing, Social Media and SEO Blog.

Not so long ago, I was thinking about the old argument of which is better, PC or Mac.

As a traditional PC user, I thought to myself that the only reason I don’t own a Mac is because I don’t know anything about Apple and have none of their products.

…and then I looked around the room.

iPhone.

iPod.

iPod Mini (yeah, I know, it’s as old as anything, but hey, my Girlfriend still likes it so what the hell?)

iPod docking station.

…followed by a look on my computer to find up-to-date versions of both iTunes and Apple’s browser, Safari.maciverse logo

With my newfound Apple interest (not really newfound, actually, is it?), I searched online for some more information on Mac’s and came across a great website called Maciverse.

Nearing it’s two year anniversary, Maciverse is not a new website by any standards, yet it still portrays that vibrant, fresh look, but with the added bonus of having an absolute wealth of information on Mac’s (and a few other Apple products).

I guess it’s hard to recommend a blog that, in essence, I know nothing about.  Going by my (apparently large and unknown until now) affiliation with Apple, however, Maciverse seems to answer any questions that I could ever ask about the Mac.

That maybe not a professional recommendation, but surely it’s the next best thing?

Good blog. I got a lot of good information. I’ve been watching this technology for awhile. It’s intriguing how it keeps shifting, yet some of the core components stay the same. Have you seen much change since Google made their latest acquisition in the arena?

Apple’s a company I’ve enjoyed for some time, they produce gadgets that is aesthetically beautiful while working like a charm. Alot of companies aren’t able to say that, it’s usually one or the other. Businesses don’t usually take aesthetics seriously like Apple. With that being said I’ve got to say that I’m anxious about the new Tablet. One thing I question though, is it too soon? I’m afraid that this may be ahead of our time. What do you think?
